On the night of January 28, 2012, Hupy and Abraham's client was driving southbound on Highway D in Beloit, Wisconsin. An impaired driver in the opposite lane looked down at his cell phone, crossed the center line and collided with our client's vehicle. The impaired driver was cited for Operating While Intoxicated and Inattentive Driving.
Before switching to Hupy and Abraham, the client worked with a different law firm, but was disappointed with the offer. After Hupy and Abraham obtained a report from the client's doctor that linked his injuries to the accident, Attorney Brandon Derry demanded the $100,000 policy limits. The insurance company complied and our client received three times more than was originally offered.
