Our client had an intersectional accident where he and the driver of another vehicle both claimed to have had the green light. The insurance company denied the case and our client contacted Attorney Todd Korb of Hupy and Abraham in Milwaukee.
Attorney Korb filed a lawsuit and only then did the insurance company make an offer of a mere $1,000, which was not accepted. In the last week of June 2012, the case was settled at mediation for $12,000.
