Small grey car parked on the side of the road

Our client was driving her car through the intersection of Calumet Street and Maplecrest Drive in Menasha, Wisconsin when another driver rear ended her.

She injured her knee in the accident and an MRI revealed a small meniscus tear. Our client underwent a scope and made a good recovery with physical therapy.

The insurance company initially refused to compensate our client for the knee injury. They claimed it was a pre-existing condition caused by a previous accident. They rejected the claim and Attorney Shawn Brock filed suit.

Once the lawsuit was filed, the insurance company immediately reconsidered its position on our client’s knee injury. Attorney Brock settled the case for $50,000 without going to trial.
