In July 2012, Hupy and Abraham's client was heading eastbound on Bluemound Road in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Another vehicle was heading the opposite direction on the same road and attempted a left turn. A camera from a nearby business recorded the crash and showed the other driver turning in front of our client, failing to yield the right of way.
Initially, the insurance company offered only $100,000. After fracturing her femur and breaking three ribs, our client had $90,000 in medical bills. Attorney Todd Korb secured a $250,000 settlement, more than double the initial offer.
