Primary seat belt law in Wisconsin. Where do you stand?

The primary seat belt law in Wisconsin: An infringement on your rights or an effective way to prevent injuries and deaths?

While the debate rages, the fact is that the law has been passed and more citations are being given out than ever.  In Rock County the Sherriff's Office has handed out three times as many seat belt tickets as they did in the same time period in 2008.

Though the tickets are not expensive, people are worried that the government has found another way to infringe on the rights of Wisconsin's' citizens.  Where do you stand on the issue?

At Hupy & Abraham we, like everyone else, would like to see 2010 a year with little to no serious accidents in Wisconsin.  We would like less serious injuries and deaths on our highways and byways.

If you have been injured in an accident our experienced attorneys are ready to help you recover physically, mentally and financially.  With a 24 hour phone line and offices in both Illinois and Wisconsin we are here when you need us, where you need us.  Please contact us today for your free consultation. 800.800.5678
