Has an aggressive driver caused your accident in Milwaukee?

We all see aggressive drivers on a daily basis.  Though we often take this as a given, aggressive drivers, weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating and staring you down as they pass, do more than stress people out; they cause serious accidents.

Our attorneys have seen far too many cases of aggressive drivers causing car and motorcycle accidents.  When the driver is in a truck and they "target" in on a motorcycle, the result can be a deadly accident.  As a biker, you already have to watch every move you make in traffic.  In addition, because of the lack of care drivers take, you have to be aware of every move each car makes.  Then there are the drivers who assume that you are irresponsible or dangerous and act aggressively toward you.

But what can we do about it?  We can make sure that we don't engage aggressive drivers.  We can hang back instead of riding next to a driver who is clearly angry.  We can also report an aggressive driver.  Though it may take pulling over to make a call to police, doing so could save your life. 

We ride, so we understand the thrill of the ride and the danger bad drivers present each and every day.  Please watch out for aggressive drivers.  Though we represent injured motorcyclists from across Wisconsin, our primary goal is to prevent accidents by educating both drivers and bikers.  Get out there and ride, but please stay safe.
