Attorney Jason F. Hahn has been practicing law since 2002 in the Madison area and joined Hupy & Abraham in 2010.  Prior to joining Hupy & Abraham, Attorney Hahn litigated cases on behalf of insurance companies and also worked as an in-house attorney for a local insurance company overseeing litigation of major claims.  This experience has given him significant insight into the way insurance companies value claims and deal with injured persons, and how they handle the litigation of cases that go to trial.  He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, the Western Federal District of Wisconsin, and the 7th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.

Attorney Hahn received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his bachelors degree in political science, magna cum laude, from Illinois State University in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.
